iRO has a 13+ age limit

RO is rated 6+ in Germany.
11+ in the UK, and under 13 in most other countries.
Most of these are recommended with parental guidance.

iRO legally has to have an age limit of 13+ due to the game fees side of things, rather than the actual game rating.

@landon: this is not meant as flaming or attacting but why would you seriously care if an 8 or a 80 year old would play ro? If they dont 'bother you, i dont see the problem.. Fanasy violance.. I understand the point but on the otyer hand why are kids aloud to play zelda and pokemon then xD
