Extreme Lag. Can't Play

Hi everyone,
I was wondering why am I lagging so much. My char will only move 2 squares and freeze for 10-15 seconds then move 2 squares again and freeze etc... Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this?
I restarted my PC and had no apps running except for RO. Please help

Run a thorough spyware/virus check, this has been known to help some users who had a similar issues.

You could also post your computer stats, RO doesn't require much, but if it doesn't have the requirements it needs it will be slow.
