Says it's lower, that's why I bought it with the points. It's not lower..it's mid. Possible to either A: get my points back or B: actually make it lower? 2% from boss isn't really worth the mid slot D:.
Unfortunately, several of the things the desc lists are currently wrong between description, actual ingame and even RMS description.
Pandora will change them soon, though it'll be up to her which they become or stay at.
Spoke to Pandora, and the end result will be that of the description shown at the GM Assistant.

Pandora asks you to put in a ticket for a refund, as the item description is wrong, however, would like players to note the the description on the GM Assistant is correct. :/
meh, it's okay. I figured it was correct in the assistant though I didn't look. That's because I got shown it by someone in hugel and got excited we'd have something other than the backpack for MvPing finally :D. My joy made me impluse buy T_______T.
