Aye. Generally speaking, no one with +9 tidals would part with them and more to get these. I realize they are statistically worth more than the tidals, but tidals are more commonly used, and most often more useful in a PvP/WoE scenario. The depreciation of tidals is an indication of their popularity, whereas Black Leather Boots have a set price based on slot attempt statistics that doesn't depreciate because they're rarely sold.

i understand what you guys are getting at, but mind you for both high end dungeons and pvp/woe now diablos pieces are entering the picture, so CMIIW but most people are already switching to diablos nowadays, hell i can see people masquerading their dark bacilliums in pront...

i'm not a rich person, but i'm a patient one. As i mentioned in passing on my first post, zeny is not something that could get you stuff all that easily in HeRO. I could probably ask for zeny, get it, spend it all on tidals and eluniums, and still not get a +9 tidals.... And it works the other way around, you could probably try and make your own +9 BLB[1] but you might end up spending much much more on it and still not get one

so i may be mistaken, people might still opt for tidal-wools compared to diablos, but i'll still wait it out... hell maybe something will come along and phase out BLBs, if that happens then it's just my luck and i'll probably slot it with odium and make a stalker or sinX just to use it

so thank you all for your inputs, but i'm sorry to say that zeny just won't cut it...

It's better to get the zeny before the value of the item drops.
Granted, you're probably the only one with this item, but more may be created sooner or later, thus killing the value.

Example..I just sold +8 Green shoes at 7m because they wouldn't sell for my ORIGINAL asking price. Now a year or two ago, those shoes would vend out at 50mil EASY. (50m just a random high number tossed in the ether)
