um hi all listen its kinda been a while sense i played ro and was wondering if it would be a smart move to join heRO

Well, what is holding you back from joining?
Is there anything in particular you are curious to ask us about that wasn't answered in the information pages on the homepage or our wiki?

Is there anything that can't be answered from information pages of that type such as questions about our community?

Anyway kind of hard to say if you should join us if we do not know entirely what you are looking for. x)

Hmmm well I say overall we're friendly. If you generally have questions they get answered eventually. However I will say we will not just hand you zeny an items on a whim. People here expect you to earn your place.

Your best bet to making it far on this server is to find a guild that fits your needs. There are plenty of those on this server that can suit just about any type of player I think at this point. There are guilds for casual players and those for hardcore WoE types too. Guilds tend to pay attention to players more than @main will. I admit @main is full of sarcasm and silly remarks that takes a bit of getting use to, or well...you never will and will wind up using it only to buy or sell stuff on it.

Anyway if you got anything else you'd like to ask feel free to do so. :D

sadly we may be a bit too-friendly/care-bear-y for some people...

the nice thing about HeRO is you know you're playing with basic settings plus a tweak or two here and there but nothing too game breaking (at least for me anyway)...

Never hurts to read before you make something The best threads to search for those kinda answers are whine (Yay for whining, it's actually useful sometimes) and help ones.

Checking whine threads are probably the best way to know the community if it's to your liking. heRO is open and doesn't require any form of membership to view any threads (except GM ones of course.) Seeing how things are moderated, and how discussions go are probably best way to see the "ugliest" side of the community, and if you can tolerate it or not.
