I send out a ticket as well , i waited long for a response , i'm really itchy to play some RO again xD has been such a long time since i last played it , this seemed like a good server

I am sorry, but it is taking us a while to sift through all the 'registration' tickets. We have to do things careful and check every single one out before we issue them an account for the time being. You have no one but the problem maker to hate for making us do registration this way. Again sorry for any inconveniences that this is bringing and we hope to have things running normally again.

I just think they should let us know if they're actually making accounts for new players through tickes, since they instructed players to only make accounts to people they know. That makes it look like they're only waiting for the problem to be fixed rather than actually making ppl's accounts, I only wanna know.

Of course we are making accounts. We wouldn't ask people to send in tickets if we were not doing such. We would have just closed down account creation completely.


Nara has already addressed one of the time taking reasons above ("We have to do things careful and check every single one out before we issue them an account for the time being."), but we are also constantly receiving a huge amount of tickets requesting accounts.

Though, quite a few have left off their wanted account gender. Maybe we'll just start flipping a coin to see whether they get male or female.
