I'm not sure if there's already a thread regarding this, but has the card effect changed on heRO?

RMS description:
- Bash knocks back target by 5 cells.
- 2% auto lv. 1 Bash when attacking.
- Double damage from Munak.

heRO description:
- Bash knocks back target by 5 cells.
- 2% auto lv. 1 Bash when attacked.
- Double damage from Munak.

I was planning to use this card's effect on my Gunslinger and Alchemist's plants to prolong my survivability and damage output. I just bought it and am confused by the effects. Can anyone clear this up, please?

I am pretty sure it has a chance of activating when you're attacking

At least, that's what happened when I used Poisonous Toad Card

Item script activates when you are attacking.

It's usually better to check item scripts than item descriptions.
In your case, the scripts says "bAutoSpell", meaning it will autocast when you attack.
Scripts that work when you get attacked have "bAutoSpellWhenHit" instead.

Ok. But the in game description clearly states that it activates when being attacked. I suppose that'd be fixed.

There isn't. You'll have to check the item_db yourself by looking at either a fresh copy of eA files, or use RMS and look at the script section.

Description almost always lies, because updating description is a royal pain for anyone (eA staffs/heRO GMs included).

hmm..., does bash works on long range? my gatling gun didn't seem to bash at all... and i thought i'd bash a lot with that ASPD...

imma buy a poison toad later, does it work on range?

so, i can bash only when i'm 2 cells away from the enemy, well, not that bad i guess..
