We struggled by ourselves, so why can't you too? Especially on acolyte, one of the easiest classes.

Banned players can start with a new account as long as their name isn't on the list at the bottom of the first post of the rules page found here:

Most banned players can indeed make new accounts and start over if they want to, assuming they follow the rules with the new account. There are a few exceptions, those exceptions are specifically listed near the end of the server rules:
