While not impressed with the effect listed for the spiked scarf, I purchased it because I plan to WoE at some point. However, it has no icon/picture/etc. and the merest act of clicking on it makes the screen go black and RO stops responding altogether...
Is this a problem that anyone else is experiencing? Was this hacked into the server, or have the GMs just been to busy to update the v4p section?
If this is not from the GM staff, is there a way to get my points back or trade for something else?
The fact that it has no icon or picture on your end pretty much tells us that you need to update your client, or are behind with patching heRO.
These days, Ragray is what you want, combined with the heRO mini installer.
The newest version of Ragray is newer than the last heRO Full Installer update, I believe, so I personally suggest going the Ragray +Mininstaller path.
Whut again, must you really download every once and a while for every thing to work? Because this is a bit of a problem for me since internet in my country is not uncapped yet.
Does the patcher work at all? Why must we/I re-download the game that often?

It's not often.
Sakray, who RO ran on for many, many years, aren't updating anymore.
Ragray has stepped into their place. If you want heRO to have new content, then you need Ragray so you can support it.
