Did you make sure to put all 3 files in your RO folder and to replace all 3? Normally everyone should have the same grf and the wings are in it!

Regarding the new client, it's rather unstable and a little different from the other one we used to have. I'll release a new one as soon as I have it ready (could that a few days, I don't know squat about hexing clients!) Please see the poll section to give your opinion on some of the differences.

No the server is not starting over, there was simply a change of host.

Number of things I heard the players complain about today:

No double clienting
No Zoom out
Yellow main chat seems to annoy people

Good job Panda, for gettin the server up pretty quick

Regarding double clienting and the main chat color, please check the poll section and give your opinion about it.

Regarding the zooming out, I'll look into it to make it zoomable again.

That's very odd, with the files replaced it should work just as it used to. Are you launching the hero.exe file directly?
