Well, actually, it isn't too hard.
Not as glaringly obvious as doing something like removing the animation delay on Arrow Vulcan (I'm not gonna lie, I have really really really really really *wanted* to do this, but never will), but if the guy has immediate reaction time to everyone's entrance to a PvP map or something ALL the time, then *obviously* the person isn't playing blind.
Unless there's some option that automatically turns on player names not just when you hover over them. Then I dunno how you can actually prove it... except maybe prevent it by making patching and cosmetic edits a pain in the ass by locking the grf.

Oh, and 4-day renecro, but meh.

I don't really see how locking the GRF would help, as I don't think it would have an influence over the Data folder, which have priority over the GRF.

There are clients that make the data folder pretty useless. Infact the low rate i came from, didnt use any Data folder at all, and fixed the client to not take it into consideration.

You will still be blind, because this is not the Blind as in the status effect.
