Question on Lunatic Hat

Hi All,

I want to ask regarding Lunatic Hat.

I saw someone vending a Lunatic hat in alberta with wonderful stat bonus such as Luck+5 and etc2.

from there i started to hunt lunatic and manage to get one Lunatic Hat.

Sadly the lunatic hat that i got is different from the one i saw, but having the same name.

Can anyone tell me how to get the lunatic hat with the bonus stats?

There's 2 types of Lunatic Hats.

The one you got, that drops from the mob, and the one you saw in vend, which was obtainable from this year's Easter seasonal quest.

which also means that the better one is not available anymore until next easter.
