Equipment "Orbs"?
What are those orbs placed in equipment around the card slot area? I keep seeing equip being sold with them. Are they placed in equipment by a quest or something?

It's called Hidden Enchanting. There is a NPC who will do that for specific armors at a certain price. There's also a failure rate of course.

The NPC is located somewhat south from the centre of Prontera.

it's an official feature in case you're wondering, no idea if how it's done is official though
