Unless the way the patchers work has changed, then yes. Unless you finish updating the entireee thing, it won't actually apply the changes to the .grf until the patch finishes.
Otherwise, it'll create a separate file in the RO folder for each one, and just tend to leave them there. You could possibly use things like Patch_up to fix this, but I've had problems in the past with it not working fully. \
I'd just update fully, unless you have really slow net.
They're so terribly slow, and from what I could tell...they all were patching the same thing.
Something about hshield, around the same date? I finally got sick of it being so amazingly sluggish and went into the game. Went to prontera, checked out items, made sure I wasn't going to dc from seeing something 'that wasn't really there' in my hero folder, and everything worked out.
Just, how necessary are all those little patches? I hella don't want to sit through it. I would have left it up while i slept, but it was storming badly last night- unfortunately don't have a safety cord to prevent lightning from running in on my system.
