can you add open ticket option to the list of options in the forum mail box there on the left, i favorites the forum page and have to search the front page of these forums ecerytime i need to make a ticket cause thats the only place i know theoption is. and i always check my forum mail box to see if i can just do it from there, just a suggetion. thanks for reading.

I actually kinda like this idea, even if it is just adding a link at the top.
Oh, and Fabre, the support ticket link is also on the front page of hero-server.net (which is where I access it).

yea thats the only place i can find it aswell ut i favorites forums, and thats why im makin htis suggestion, cause i have to searth the web to find hte front page of forums. i cant seem to find a link anywhere on the forums that takes me to the front page. and figured it would be better if tickets were easier to find, lol for me i found a easy way to fix finding support ticket-just add it to my signature.

You mean just a link to the page, and not the ability to actually submit the ticket from the PM forum, the latter of which would be somewhat ew?
