Mail system?

I know on some servers the mail system actually works, but on this one it doesn't appear to. Is there a certain reason for this?

I'm talking about this:
--- MAIL SYSTEM ---:
@checkmail - Check # of messages.
@listmail - List all messages.
@listnewmail - List only new mail.
@readmail - Read a message.
@sendmail - Send mail.
@deletemail - Deletes a message.

Short answer : The mail system isn't enabled

Semi-long answer : The mail system isn't enabled because of a glitch in its code.

For the Long and complicated answer, ask a GM.

Actually recently (I have no idea how recent) eAthena fixed the bug.

The @commands however can be abused, and probably wouldn't fit in with the nature of the server.
