putting it in v4p is a horrible idea imo, no matter what you say. 1 minute is still a very huge, significant period when in 4 seconds an emp can be broken. don't say it's a petty thing, 'cause it's not lol

How about, next physical attack/skill it counts as ghost? Sounds like a semi-level kyrie or something with a cooldown between usages/short timer, and would require mass amounts of spamming to actually have a 'ghost ring' setting?

Marc Effect With Ghost Armor is hax. I think it'd Up the difficulty of killing the GOOD Precast breaker Paladins quite a bit.

While you can disable them being used in WoE, you can't really disable people entering WoE with them already active... like through an ecall unless you want to clear all effects from the player.

Provided, like most buffs, they carry over during logout, then all you'd need to do is use one on an emp breaker before WoE, log it out, then ecall that breaker in in the last few minutes of WoE, and the effect would still be active. While yes, they only cover a minute, in the those last, counting minutes of WoE, that's a large amount of time.
So, no. There'd really be no way to keep them out of WoE. Even if we could keep them out of WoE, they're still not intended for common use.


While they're good for very rare use (like the amount obtained through Halloween), having them in V4P, etc would make them far too rampant.
