Brasilis crash!!!

Oh my god, help!??I'm so freaked out!??I've had this character for four years and I'm so close to 99 and I don't want to lose it!

I took my sinx to brasilis and took the portal at the top right corner to look for the Brasilis dungeon, and when I went through the portal the game crashed ! I tried logging into the character again, but the game crashed every time!

Is there a way my character can be moved or something!???Please!??I can't lose this character!!! I can log into all my alts but my main makes the game crash! I called for help multiple times on main around 9:28 AM but no one answered!

You're probably lacking updates for Ragray.

I'd recommend you run RSU Patcher and give me some feedback.

Hi.

It sounds like you have an old ro install, so you have sakray rather than ragray. Sakray doesn't have the brasilis dungeon map. Just patching isn't enough to fix that, you need to uninstall RO and reinstall using the latest installer, then patch, and everything should work.

In the mean time if you file a support ticket we can move the character for you.

I'm currently in the process of downloading all the files from RMS and moving them to my current RO folder. Should I delete sakray to make room or will sakray be immediately unusable?
