Failed to connect to the server

I've played in this server around3-4 years iirc...

ANd i've been using the same ISP since then.. well i also using mobile modem too.... but rarely or in emergency case only...

Since last week.. suddenly i can't login to heRO...

I've done everything.. from checking the file.. ticketed.. but still can't login...

I hope the GM can help me find a way since i don't want to leave this server no matter what....

I see no ticket open for you currently, meaning that a GM responded to it. You should check your email and see if you have anything concerning that.

As for the issues are you getting something like "Could not connect to server" Or are you able to play and then get randomly disconnected?

Also, since I don't see your ticket currently. Do you live a great distance from the server host, which is in Canada? Have you reset your ISP or anything 'new' in the time frame?

Umm yeah certain GM have answered my ticket but when i replied the deatils of the problem she/he didn't reply it anymore..

I have checked my e-mail and she/he haven't respond to it for the 2nd time

I get the "Failed to connect to the server" when i'm about to login

I live in Indonesia, Ambon... adn yes, it is really far from Canada..

And can you explain what do you mean by "reset my ISP" and "anything new in time frame"???

What I meant by "anything new in the time frame" Would be like changes that your household or ISP has started. Did you get a new computer? Did you install new internet equipment?

Your internet connection, ISP is the internet service provider. Do you have the ability to do a Reset, perhaps on the box that your internet comes through if it is DSL/cable. Or, do you have satellite? I'm from the US so unfortunately I won't be familiar with the company that you are using.

Ah... you mean the modem??? Yes it has a small button for reset and i read the descp that it's a "built-in battery reset" or something like that...
And we don't have satellite.. or did you mean the company satellite?

I'm sorry if i'm asking too much since these things is something that i'm not really good at...

But pretty please don't lose hope on me!!!

When I said satellite I was just wondering if your internet was satellite based or based off of something like dsl modem since it's very different to reset them.

There should be a way to give your modem a restart/reboot to refresh your connection. If you can't figure out how to reset the modem, try just giving a call to the company you use and see if they can advise on how to restart it. I'm not saying that this is a guarantee to fix, but I do know from personal experience when I was using high-speed in another state I lived in, that I had to reboot it nearly once a month.

Oh!! It's not satellite.. it's DSL based modem... just realized that...

Oh... i think i know how to reset it.. gonna give it a try.. and/or just call my ISP company...
