- Your name: "your name in quotation mark exactly as it is written in game"
- Spouse Name: (your spouse name in parentheses
Your characters need to be really married in game. Only you will get the participation prize, but your spouse may also participate with their own entry feautring a different screenshot.

- Your character's attraction preference: (attracted to male, attracted to female or both)
