I have recently started playing on Hero again under the account Willegar.
In looking for an old account(it may have been banned for botting I couldn't remember.) This would have been years ago and I tried to put in the password and I got account rejected. Now my new account(no associated with botting) is getting the same message.
Could someone please fix this.

First step:

Don't give out your account details (username or pass) to random people, like the entire forums.


Step two:

Have you received an account confirmation email, and followed the link in it?



Step Three:

If the above is yes, than you probably wanna put in a support ticket.

You probably tried wrong password a few times, which triggers an automatic temporary ban of 10 minutes.
