U can read this after trans woe (so before retro woe), but u can see all people that are online before trans woe.

Trying to change words: u can see who is online before the trans woe, but can't do the same before retro.
U can diseable or able this to both woes?
I want that both woes have the same treatment

Actually they already have the same treatment. Since the hour after Trans the CP won"t show it and the hour after Retro. The CP is an hour behind server time (according to v4p). So that means it was ment for during WoE that the CP is down but thanks to the time difference its after both WoEs.
