Mr.Hatter's Old Hats

So now that the Hatter's gotten some new hats, he's no longer giving out some of the older ones. Does this means that they're no longer available through any means (other than something like player trade)?

I'm curious mostly because some of the removed gears (such as the side ribbons and gold feather hat) combo with items that are still available. And I'm wondering if I'll still be able to find something that matches with my stylish set of ties.

Some are made by Hatter Jr. and the others have separate quests. Here's what I've found in Reboot Changelogs:

2013-AUG-21

????New quests are added that allow you to create the following gears:
????- Gold Feather Hat* (Start it with Natalya inside a house in Moscovia)
????- Dominoes Cap* (Start it with a Dominoes Recruiter in Alberta, Yuno or Payon or go see the Manager directly inside a house in Payon)
????- Bamboo Hat (Start it with Carl in Amatsu)
????- Majestic Fox Queen* / Majestic Fox King* (Start it with Granias the cat in Payon city)
????- Super Summer Suit (Start it with Lolah in Brasilis)

2013-10-29 Reboot Changelog:

????New Quest: to get Homunculus headgears* (the custom Drooping Amistr and Hopping Filir as well as the official Lif Doll Hat and Vanilmirth Hat). It starts with Scientist Alex inside Lighthalzen. (Thanks Alex)
????New Quest: to get Side Ribbons headgears* (Purple, Green, Blue, Red and Yellow), find the slot machine inside the Comodo Casino. (Thanks Ptah)

It turns out the original post did mention that the removed hats were obtainable through quest, and I just didn't read it carefully enough. Sorry about that
