Um, yeah, it's me again.

I got the December patch and fixed that item problem.

Just recently, I found out that the game crashes whenever a character has a custom item on. Anyways, here's teh error report thing.

I remember seeing a thread where it talked about customs items from this server crashing the game and solutions to it, but I couldn't find it under the search function. If it's related to this, could you send the link?

Unfortunatly the error report is not of much use, gravity can probably read it, but to us here it looks about the same as it looks to you, a bunch of data that doesn't mean much.

What OS are you running? (winxp, win98, etc.)

Can you tell me the size of your heRO.grf file? Do you see the snow-look in all major cities?

No, I already checked all the things you posted in your steps, so that's of no use.

No, I have no data folder.
I recently updated Sakray since I reinstalled RO.
I do have both .grf files.
Yeah, my RO is 1.4 gigs since I installed both the Ragnarok Server and Sakray. That part of your step wasn't specific enough.
And I no longer play on any other servers, meaning I uninstalled/deleted them.

To GM-Pandora:

Windows XP. HeRO.grf file is 40.3 megs. Yes, I have the snow-look in Prontera (not sure on others because I don't have a lot of zenny at the moment), and some partial snow-looks on other areas.

And I just post the error report thing because it looks important. ;O

I don't understand what could be causing this then. But if you see the white prontera you are reading from the correct grf for sure.

Is it all custom? (have you ever seen anyone with wings or a custom hat?)

In the january patch, I'll be changing something that I'm hoping will help people that could not see custom before. Can't be 100% sure however since I cannot test it on my machine.

I'm know the custom hats gave me an error; I had someone help me test this with their Jester Hat or whatever it was called (Thanks Zeke!). I'm not sure about the wings, but I'm pretty sure it would give me an error since I keep getting the error every time I'm in Prontera.
