Ive heard somewhere that bloody branches and dead beaches spawns have an increased drop rate. Is it true?

As far as I know - nope. They follow the same pattern as normal spawned monsters, aka have exactly same drops and rates.
God i have too many characters. Just call me Bisu and let's end this -_-
