I've been wondering if an Alice card would have the same effect vs MVPs as it does vs mini bosses. I've read up a bit online and there seems to be some confusion. Can anyone clear this up for me?
The 40% reduction works for any monster considered boss flagged. This applies to all MVPs and most mini bosses. You can look up a monster via RMS and see its attributes to know if it is boss flagged. If it is, it will say "Boss Type Immunity to Skills" as one of the attributes.
