IP ban reasons?

First time using the forums

Anyways, straight to topic. I woke up this morning and tried to vote right away when...


so I tried logging ingame to confirm if I was banned and had similar result


I checked the forums for any ban history and found nothing.

Could this be a mistake? If not, can I know the reasons for the ban?

None of my accounts were banned I assume, since I could still log in and use the cp to vote using my mobile internet. The last I log in game was the recent FA.

(We're siblings of four, currently just casual players and our main IP is banned)

Did you type your password in incorrectly more than 3 times? If so, you are temporarily banned for 10 minutes as a security feature.

Also, the "Rejected from Server" doesn't mean that you were banned, it's actually saying that you didn't connect to the server. If it were a ban, you'd show a message mentioning Ban and a Date of when you are to be unbanned.

Things like this in the future should be sent to the Support Tickets rather than posted here on the forums, you don't need to disclose information like that to a public eye for your safety - I checked though, I show no ban for you.

On topic: It said I was banned on cp on the first try though. Logging in inside the game still shows that I'm rejected from server after 10 mins :x
I'm quite sure we did not type in any wrong passwords. Both me and wai tried logging in and it'd be funny if we both type in wrong passwords for more than 3 consecutive tries.

I tried restarting my router and was able to log in again, so I guess it was probably connection issues to the server (according to previous posts about server rejects).

Sorry for taking your time, Rahice. Next time any of these problems happen again, I consider sending tickets too. Consider this thread closed then :x
