Buy any BG items with points

Suggesting that you should be able to buy anything from the BG store with your points, not just class specific items.

Yes. I've suggested similar ideas before. I don't know why we are forced to fight on a specific class for gears on this server. Official BG operates on badges that are tradeable between characters in a same account. We should have account shared points here too.

Also would like to see BG allow odd number of players to join instead of forcing even teams and leaving people out.

Personally, I'm fine with de-classing(?) the BG shop and allowing odd number of total players to participate. It'd help increase BG activity and take away some of the pains of fighting on certain classes (IE, 1 HP and a Linker vs 1 HP and and a Clown).

Changing the BG point variable to account bound might be a bit trickier since it's been around as character bound for quite some time, but can/should still be done.

I voted yes, because sometimes i need a BG weapon for a class that i dont enjoy playing in pvp, or i dont have the gears/experience/the will to spend resource for it, because all i want is to use the BG weapon in pvm.
Also this might incentivize some BGs being fought instead of diced, relieving the players from their class-bounds (example: i need BG bows but i dont like playing sniper/stalker: with the change, i can play professor which i enjoy and still do omething productive instead of being tied to rods and staves.)

So if the BG points are globally available on the account, and the BG shop (or shops, if technically one single ncp cant hold all the items) can let us buy any kind of BG weapon/armor, then its a Yes for me.

I don't mind if BG got changed so the points were account wide as long as it isn't a terrible headache for the GM's to try and implement. :>

I wouldn't mind, if people choose to play the same char the price I think to BG does jump up after the first 50(?) BGs anyways. If people are going to use the same char continuously then maybe there should be a second price increase after the first X number or something (like the avg # of matches to get the full set on a single char).

Just make BG points account wide imo.

I like to open the shop with a class and it shows gears for that class, its a filter. Also it wouldn't mess with the leader boards doing it like this: convert current bg points at each char to become they score and add all points to a single bg points account wide.

Does the BG points ranking still mean anything? we could just remove it.
