hey guys. i'm rather new to the server, and i was wondering if there was any way to get to lutie. sorry if i didn't lurk enough but, i DID look around and ask people! thanks in advanced.
use the santa npc/warper in al de baren. He's not in his iRO spot of the high NE corner of the map but is instead just slightly NE of the clock tower (more in the middle of the map).
