hard to log in :(

hi there. well everytime i try to log into hero, it takes multiple tries because it keeps saying "failed to connect to server" eventually im able to log in but its annoying and i never had this problem before._. also, ive been lag/dcing alot lately and im not sure if its cuz of the sudden population increase or the new july patch cuz this was never a problem before as well. sure i get small lag spikes but, lately its been ridiculous just wondering if u could check this issue out. thanks in advance!

You sure its not your internet provider that's having problems? Because the increase in population should not do this with the current comp and internet connection on which the server is hosted.
