Do you exercise?

Every day I excercize my heart and finger muscles by playing RO, and getting into things I think I can't handle and living through it.... most of the time I fail though...


Once in a blue moon I'll actually get feeling like walking or lifting weights, but not on a regular enough basis to see much results.

I usually go play basketball and soccer and run to the park to play and meet up with freinds every day around 6:30. Yesterday i played soccer and their was a storm :D it was nice =P....luckily didnt get hit by lightning....bolts lvl 10 xD

Once in a while i wear my chain mail to train to endure it for a long time. 30 lb is sure heavy XD

I've become more active since moving to the city. I blame it on the bus, and the fact that things are actually less than a mile away now. But I don't intentionally exercise, I just walk to places to do stuff.

One thing I've long wanted to do is take up fencing. I've got the perfect build for epee, and it looks like alot of fun. Kendo would also be amusing, a friend used to have some kendo sticks and we'd go in the front yard and wail on each other (while the drunks next door cheered us on).

Edit: I've done fencing before, and while I enjoyed the competition of 2 fighters and a weapon, I found the fact that you can only move in a straight line to be stale and boring. Also there is the fact that this sport has absolutely no redeeming value in reality. You are never going to be walking down the street with a foil shaped weapon to defend yourself with.

IMO I'd take hand to hand anyday of the week over fencing. But fun is fun, and if you find it fun, go do it.

lol i have swords and a samurai armor. i don't have any idea why i have the armor tho. i also have a rifle which i do sport shooting with. nonetheless i mostly walk everywhere due to the fact i get lost every time i get on a vehicle when i am the one who have to navigate.

other than that i also swim and do archery from time to time. i've wanted to do kyudo for a very long time now that i actually have a set but don't have anywhere to shoot it or anyone to tell me how to use them, so there is this huge 2 and a half meter tall bow sitting in my room gathering dust.

I know what you mean, I did that fencing kind of fight in strait line for3-4 months like 6-7 years ago but I what I do actually now is different. So bad i can't explain in english.

I also got a roman trooper helmet and a greek corinthian helmet. Got a french fleuret sword, but krimlin have more sword then me...
