Refined Equipment

I'd like to see a new NPC, like Hollengren, that can create the new Refined equips. :o

EX. Refined Cutlus quest would require 5 Cutlus, as well as a few other items, and give you one Refined Cutlus.

Instead of just multiples of an item how about a requirement of +10 equips? So if you manage to +10 the item you can get it in it's refined form through the npc.

5 Copies of the equipment is hardly enough to justify the incredible power of the Refined versions, in Namin?'s opinion... Mr. Kadar's +10 suggestion is far more realistic as a difficult challenge to get the refined version (if possible at all by that point, that is ; +10 is no easy task. )

Refined Ring/Rosary/Earring and the other accessories that cannot be refined maybe best to simply keep them unaccessible for sanity's sake. Thinking of how to get them yet maintain balanced is rather difficult...


The weapon with the most power upgrade in its Refined Form and is remotely possible is probably Infiltrator vs Refined Infiltrator... scary...

but by then the +10 weapon itself is stronger then the refined version wich i find wuold end up being somewhat pointless to give a +10 for refined
