Error Running RO. Code inside.

So, it's been forever since I've played RO, and.. I believe this is the first time installing Ragnarok on this laptop since the reformat I had. I did as the instructions on the download page of the site states, and this is the error code given from the Error Handler when starting up Ragnarok.

.. Oh, I downloaded the SeptemberHERO update. Would I need to download another update for this, or is there some other factor that is giving me this error? Help is highly appreciated.

Can you take a screenshot of your RO folder with "view details", and post it here? This would greatly help in finding the solution.

Can you open your data.ini and post it here?

Can you also run setup.exe just to make sure your directories are created. Altough I doubt that's the problem.

You get this error right when you start hero.exe? Or do you get to the login page?

I've checked data.ini already, and it's exactly as it is in the FAQ.. but here it is anyway.

I've ran setup.exe and.. I don't think that's the issue.. o_o' The setup works fine.. If it helps any, attempting to run Ragnarok and Sakray, it also gives me a similar error with a slightly different error report. If you'd also like those, I'll post those codes as well.

As for when this error comes up, yes. As soon as it starts up. It won't even get to the login screen. ._.;

No, I dont need the other error message, I can't actually read those. I know its hexadecimal, but that's about it, its probably helpful to gravity only.

I'm really puzzled about your error, not sure how to fix it. Regarding your setup.exe, try different options. If you have the wrong sound/graphic options it's been known to cause errors, altough not sure if it trigered gravity errors.

Aside from that, a solution would be to download the full folder, but it's kinda heavy (1+ gig download) :\

I see.. ._. I've just tried all series of options on the setup just now. No dice. ... Hm.. You know, I wonder if that kernel32.dll has something to do with it.. I believe installing Daemon Tools did something with kernel32.. Although I don't think it's on right now.. I'm not sure what else I can do.. except restarting the computer? ._.; .. Lmao. Brb real quick I guess. I'm starting to run out of options.

Edit: Just restarted. Checked Daemon Tools' options, but.. I don't know if I can figure anything out about it. XD Man, I really wonder what the purpose of kernel32 is..

do u have the newest patch and the updated sakray and RO 0147 o.O and also try taking that kernel32 and put it on ur desktop and see if it does anything =O

EDIT: cause ive also had that same error and all i had to do is download sakray and RO 0417 and download the newest hero patch put it in a folder called RO ,should already be in ur gravity folder, and run hero =O

Yeah, I've triple checked both patches and I've also checked the last update dates in the data files that were being patched in while it was patching. It was very recent, like.. the 27th I believe. .. As for kernel32, isn't it a vital file for running any Windows?
