RE: The Leveling Compendium
I'd like to say that another place for a level 70+ blacksmith would be kobolds. Don't bother trying to change elements, however, if you're geared for demi-humans like I am, ie. double hydra chain and maybe a thara buck,They are easy to dodge with agi, hammerfall is decent, and on the kobold leadermap, it's insanley fun for people who like to spam cart revolution. Slightly less exp than wild rose and Myst cases, but their numbers make up for it, and give you chance to earn yourselfs some equips to upgrade,

RE: The Leveling Compendium
For sages with enough free cast (6+), ice dungeon is great from 80 to 90 (maybee even before). you just need lightning bolt lvl 10 and fly wings

I think because they are demons, they will see you so they will follow you, thus they won't run away when grimtoothing. Just need enough flee to stay in hide to do it
Here is my guide for leveling a gunslinger.
Go shotgun for training. Get full buster asap!
level 1-10 training grounds
11-20 spore
21-30 wolves
31-60 metalings (kill them fast enough and its better than geos)
61-80 GH Prison/Church (2 shotting most tuff is nice)
81-99 Removers
It works, I've done it, not necissarily fun being at removers so long, but holy bullets + leveling alone, you odn't get much options.
