Missing DLL, Downloaded it..weird bug o.O

So I got everything downloaded and I understood everything, I try to start up heRO, but it says that I'm missing 'binkw32.dll'. I found the dll package on here, and installed them all to that folder. I started up heRO, and I got this popup:

"Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components."

Uhm yeah..I have no idea what that means. When I click "Ok" or the big red 'X' button, it just pops up again, and never stops...quite annoying. I'm gonna restart my computer right now and delete all the other dll's except for the one I originally needed, and see if that fixes it. Anyways, anybody know the problem?

Run your setup.exe in the RO folder, this should create the registry files and rid you of this problem. Deleting your DLLs doesnt sound like a good idea.

Actually...wow I'm slow. To make things short: I only downloaded Sakray. -_- You can delete this thread.
