Extraction Freeze

I'm having a bit of a technical problem here...

I followed the link and obtained the full heRO Folder zip file. When I go to extract it, it works fine until about 15% total progress(GameGuard.des is the file being extracted at that point).

Has anyone else experience this problem or are there any potential fixes?

Make sure it has finished downloading (should be about 1.2 gig). Aside from that I don't know if there are problem with it.
