That's something I believe the eAthena devs included to signify a certain kind of problem. It used to happen on my old server and I personally thought our GMs coded it themselves. From what I understand, it comes from an npc error or a broken trigger being hit somewhere on the server.

Sad isn't it? SVNs are great when you first get them, but soon they become old and outdated (usually takes a week or two). Thankfully the new SVNs come out and we can rejoice in the new stability and features.
