Some of the food items give stat buffs. Like +STR and etc... really high amounts too it seems.

There are quest you need to do before to be able to cook, receipts can be found within the "cookbooks" which is a required item (just like the alchemist got potions books). There are 10 lvls for cookbooks, each giving some hp/sp + points in a certain stats for a certain time (never tried it yet). As you can guess, lvl 1 receipes gives you some hp/sp and +1 in a stat (depending on the receipe its either str/agi/dex/etc.)

Keep in mind that lvl 10 receipe are like.... really hard to make.

Temporary, and somewhere along the lines of +5/+10 to a single stat.

They were sell/testing them a while back on the official servers.

I found out its like forging for smiths. The better the item you use, the greater chance of making the food thingy. Legendary cooking sets are the top, but i also heard you can use strawberries and lemons.

Hmm well I actually have a notepad of all the cooking ingredients.
Unless they got changed from wherever I got 'em, they should work.

I'm gonna try to make something later when I can, then I'll say if it works out
