What he did: I believe he was macro-mining (altough not 100% sure), which is illegal of course. I Wish I could have understood the explanation he tried to give (something about going to the bathroom? yet his picks kept going down ?!), sadly his English was not understandable.

Due to the fact the rules wasn't explicite enough its a 3 day jail, But remember that it is considered like botting. which usually result in a ban .

It's so sad when people refer to ''Rules ain't clear enough'' ''I didn't know it'' And so on, to avoid being banned.

I think the sentence is not enough, in my opinion.

Somewhere there's probably, or should be a notice explicitly stating "You must read the rules before playing on the server".
Hell, it should be a rule in itself, so that if you're only going to remember one, it'll be that.

There is no need of a rule like that, because EVERYONE is supossed to know the rules of the server they play on. And not knowing a rule isn't a excuse to break it.

You can't shoot a person with a gun, kill that person, and then say ''Ohh, I am sorry, I didn't know the gun was loaded''

I know. And that's why that person shouldn't be on Jail and should be instead banned, and also I think a post with more clearly rules should be added.

For me rules are clear enough, but seems for some, rules ain't.
