Problem with downloading patch and logging in

Update on my situation

Although i did not switch my firewall on when i play hero, out on a whim i decided to try to uninstall it after it was updated today. Apparently it did interfere with the connection to the server -_- . It is patching now.

Thanks rika and pandora. Pandora, has any other player faced a problem like this with their firewall and hero?

A while ago I know Kaoreii had firewall problem, but not like yours.

Usually, firewall will prompt you the first time you use a problem to ask you if you want to allow it.

Hi! So I have a newbish question (which is to be expected as I'm a total newb to this game! *shrugs*)

I've installed both kRO and Sakray, couldn't update either of them, tried everything I saw on the forums etc...

I'm now trying to get in through downloading the full heRO spiel, when I click the link to the part one of two site, it takes me to a site and auto pulls up a downloader, however there's like 15 files on the page, do I need to individually download them all, or just the one that auto starts?

I'm fairly certain that those 15 parts is the other smaller download version than the two parter, for those who slower net that tends to disconnect. The downloading site probably grouped all HeRO downloads together. Take the links from the forums and try to ignore the bottom, otherwise you'll become confused xD

First part link, links directly to the first part download to be auto started.

Second part link, links directly to the second part download to be auto started.
