heRO follows official server rating for job levels, which is base 99 and job 50 (job is 70 for trans, ninja and gunslinger.) Believe that SN does have job 99 here though potentially, but Namin? never made a SN here or asked about it actually...

Yes, we have lvl 99 Super Novice.

if it is as close to the official servers as can be, then most information about this server can be found on irowiki.com

a lot of useful information about different classes and such. and you can still use RMS for quests and things.
