are you installing this under the admin of the computer? If not that could give you that error, but you should also try running the setup.exe in the ro folder and make sure all the configurations are correct.

if you downloaded the full folder from the links I gave you you should, but if you don't want to download those then you need to install kRO:

Setup.exe should be in your RO folder.

When hosting on imageshack, please uncheck the "resize image" option, makes it kinda hard to see.
