It is probably zipped or something... download winrar for free online, and winrar should be able to extract it without problem.

Winrar's been working here for 10'ish years now. I'd trust it.

Yup, it works fine.
Once you download the item, just right click and tell it to either 'extract here' (if you downloaded it into the same folder) or 'extract to' and select the folder you have your RO stuff in. :D

Hey, thx for the full HeRO folder link, Panda. The thing is is that this is a government compy. I don't think I'm supposed to be downloading things onto it, lol, so I need to get myself a computer.
