Wierd Pet Bug

Last few days I've been training in the Odin area with a pet Wild Rose carrying my precious angel fishies when I've been having some major problems. It seems that when either the Valkyrie kills me or sometime else along the way when i die that my pet looses everything that its carried with out me re logging. Also what really got me a bit peeved was that my Kitty disappeared after i got killed by a Furs. It was on neutral with its state, i died, cat was gone T.T not reverted to an egg just gone! Alas kitty I knew thee well. Anyways dunno if it's a glitch or just my terrible ass luck.

I'm not sure if this would be possible with it being at neutral, but I know dying decreases it's loyalty to you (though I thought it was primarily hunger level that dictated them running away).

Maybe post some fliers around Prontera? Maybe someone has seen your little cat

I have a few wild rose eggs left if you cant get that one replaced. THough I'd have to charge for it :/

Hmmm the pet should not have disappeared simply because you died at Odin's...Even if pets lose loyalty to you when dying, it didn't hate her, and I don't think they really run away because you die too much, its like what Azure said, it happens mostly due to hunger.

actually, to my knowledge, though i may be wrong, but loyalty points, as was mentioned, are lost and that if you're at 0 points the pet will run away from you regardless. i believe that could be the case though i am not sure. as for the fish dropping, i do not have an explanation for that one.

But at Neutral it wouldn't run away, there is an actual stage of it hating you...

Haven't really heard of anything similar before. Not sure what could have happened, anyone else ever experienced problems with Wild Rose?

I use a Wild Rose often, but it only lose items on it when I relog or disconnect.

She was at a Shy stage with me so i don't think that was hating yet and Neutral with hunger. It was still around when i died but was gone when i was back in town.

I have a poring pet now, i'll see if i have the same problems with it. But i'm deffinently not carrying anymore angel fishies to that place no more i lost way too much in that field.

I think Shy stage is the very lowest state of intimacy, so when you died I guess it just disappeared..

It won't be the same seeing Yumera without her wildrose
