Here's a quick effect I tried~ Parts of it is semi transparent so if you ever place it on a more detailed background it'll show through the borders o.o Of course the glitter shows up a bit more flat than I wanted it to, I can fix it later...

Changed the hair purple just for you

If you want a different effect just tell me or more emphasis on background than the character.
