The answer of riddle number 4 was The Statue of Liberty

"There are many replicas of me all over the world, but there is only one true me and I'm the tallest one." --> There are copies all over the world, from the very small figurine to the monument replicas, but the true Statue of Liberty is in NYC and is the tallest with its 46m (151'1").

"I'm a very old gift from a far away friend, this was a symbol of our friendship" --> The people of France gave the Statue to the people of the United States over one hundred years ago in recognition of the friendship established during the American Revolution. Over the years, the Statue of Liberty has grown to include freedom and democracy as well as this international friendship.

"but our good relationship seems to have been forgotten over the recent years." --> There's been political tensions between the USA and France in the past years.
