Mind Breaker: Reduces the % in Mdef, or the Base Mdef off INT?

Does Mind Breaker Subtract from % Mdef, Or the INT Mdef

So If you had say.... 10 Mdef(Gears) + 99 Mdef(Int), would it remove the 10 or 99?

Isnt it the same as provoke but effects Mdef?
So wouldnt its effect act the same?
(as in effecting the same type of def like provoke would except with mdef instead?)

Ummm..
It's not very reasonable, since Vit Def effects your ressisstance to various physical ailments, while Gear MDef effects your ressisstance against magical ailments.. But I really dunno ><

I think what Manifus is saying is Provoke decreases armor def so in turn Mind Breaker decreases armor mdef

Provoke does noet decrease armor def in pvp

It's the INT MDEF, not gear MDEF. Tested on iRO + qRO and I heard it's like this on kRO too.

It's just like provoke... with mdef.

It's useful when you use it on an ally Wizard. It boosts MATK by a lot.
