Print Screen is a button on your keyboard, usually located toward the upper right.
You said you downloaded the 2 files that loki posted? Make sure you have them in the same folder in order to extract the file contained inside, it will result in a .exe, you have to get the file outside before you can run it.
You'll need a software to extract, like winzip, winrar or 7zip. If it doesnt work, give us the error message.
No,i mean, when i hit PrtScn, it didnt even so much as flash an hour glass to show that its thinking. I think i might just comb my house and look for a digital cam. But incase i cant find anything, do anybody have any more suggestions?
Uhhh, Do what Kadar said. Your computer taking a picture of what is on the screen currently doesn't take any real amount of power, memory or processing power (this part could change however depending on the resolution of you screen).
Anyways once you hit the print screen button, go to your start menu and find your "All Programs". Once all your programs pop up, go to the branch called, "Accessories". One this branch opens up, go to paint. Once you have paint open, go to edit and click "Paste". Then save it, and find someway to get it to the internet.
Hope you don't look at this like an insult.
tl;dr: Read Kadar's post.

You know how to copy and paste text? When you do so, it puts whatever string of text you highlighted in the "clipboard". Well when you press the PrtScn butting it puts the image in that same clipboard, so you have to paste it into Paint to view it.
When you copy text it doesn't give you any visual feedback either, it's just the same ^_^;
