Flee = Base lvl + Agi (+flee bonuses)
Hit = Base lvl + Dex (+ hit bonuses)
Chance to hit = Hit + 80 - Flee

Base level + hit? XD I think you mean base level + dex...but yeah...

its circular. so i should always hit 100% =DD

i think its Hit = Base lvl + dex (+hit bonuses)
