I tried that, I pressed some button on the chat log and it did that

You can try relogging, it should bring back your chat box to its previous place.

Sweat then maybe someone else has an idea?

Though a new picture which is bigger might help to see the error since I think you're talking about the Regular/Battle log chat box but I'm not sure?

Push the little button that looks like this: <<. I'm pretty sure that might be your problem. Same thing happened to me after the SVN update.
